Education

New Public School Samiti (NPSS) is deeply committed to advancing education in both formal and informal sectors, making a significant impact in Uttar Pradesh.

In the formal education sector, NPSS established Shri Ram Bahadur Pandey Degree College in 2015. Located in Takiya Nigohi village, Unnao district, the college offers BA, BSc, and BEd courses, catering to students seeking higher education. It is affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, ensuring academic quality and recognition.

Additionally, NPSS is running Unnao Public Inter College since 1993 in Takiya village. This institution provides education from Class 1 to 12, playing a vital role in shaping young minds and preparing them for future success.

NPSS also plays a pivotal role in informal education. In 1997, it founded Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) Unnao, covering 16 blocks and 1,756 villages across the district. JSS enhances occupational capabilities through vocational training, promotes life skills development, and serves as a District Resource Unit (DRU) for non-formal adult and continuing education.

Furthermore, NPSS has established Public Computer Centres in Lucknow and Nawabganj and Safipur blocks of Unnao, providing free software training to Scheduled Castes and socio-economically disadvantaged candidates, empowering them with valuable digital literacy skills. Through these initiatives, NPSS continues to shape lives, fostering education and skill development across communities.
